2.- Personal data

For purposes stated above Super Express Gonzalez S.A. de C.V. may collect your personal information in various ways:

• Information you give us. When you provide the information requested to any of our employees through a job application.
• When you request a quotation in any of our offices, request any of our services, fill or deliver job applications, hand over personal documents,  examinations, training.
• When you are a supplier or provide the company with external services, you must give us the information requested.
• In a direct form, when you provide us the information by telephone,
• Online or through our email.
• Indirect form. Through chambers of commerce or similar ones with public access, as well from other entrepreneurs.
• Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information such as: physical appearance, skin color, facial features, voice tone and height, when being recorded on our security tapes with the only purpose of protecting yourself and all of our visitors.

Privacy Information we collect

This information include: Name, address, age, sex, birth date, pupilage, telephone number, email, driver’s license number, IRS Id, and civil status.

If you apply for employment with Super Express González, S.A. de C.V., additional to the information we mentioned above, we will require more personal information that is considered as “sensible” under the law “LFPDPPP”, where we will test you by medical examination, economic studies, psychometric  studies, and toxicological tests to be able to know your medical condition to work.

Also, the “sensible” information includes: your religion, work history, police records, union and political membership, and the test result.

IF you decline to provide us with your personal information o refuse to take the necessary test, your application will not be considered to occupy a vacancy in our company because all tests are essential requirement to become an employee at Super Express González, S.A. de C.V.

3.- Purposes

Obtaining and processing your personal information will be done with the following purposes:

1. To contact you regarding your request for our services and to present you with the alternatives and quotations.
2. To mail invoices, notices, newsletters and, in general, any type of information regarding the hiring of our services.
3. To mail you information about our products and services that we consider to be of your interest.

If you are a jobseeker, we inform you that your personal information will be used with the following purposes:

1. To contact you whenever it is needed regarding your job application.
2. To fill the paperwork needed and practice the tests mentioned above.
3. To fill the paperwork needed in case the company hires you.
4. To contact you in the future in the case that your job application is not accepted at the moment due to no vacancy.

4.- Sharing

We inform you that your personal information is shared with the following authorities, companies and other organizations different from ours with the following purposes:

1. With the government authorities, according to the actual legislation, national as well as international.
2. With our branch offices or affiliates, as well as with the coordinated agencies that can have a role in the operation and services provided to our customers.
3. With our legal departments or legal offices that, if it is the case, may be designated by us to settle controversies or recover delinquent accounts.
4. With the companies and advertising agencies in charge of preparing and mailing information about our products and services.

If you are applying for a job we inform you that your personal information is shared inside and outside of the country with the following companies and organizations:

1. With the government authorities, according to the actual legislation, national as well as international.
2. With the companies, laboratories and organizations that provide the services regarding the psychological, socioeconomic, psychometric and toxicology tests.
3. With affiliates, company branches and associates who may be interested in your services if the job you are looking for is not available in Super Express González, S.A. de C.V.

We inform you that all the companies, laboratories and organizations who receive your information are bound to protect your confidentiality, preserve it and take the same responsibility as Super Express González, S.A. de C.V.

For sharing your personal information in the terms mentioned above in this Privacy Policy, we require your consent, therefore we request you signature as an approval and understanding of the above.

5.- ARCO Rights

In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Correction, Cancellation and Opposition to the treatment that we give to your personal data (Derechos ARCO), explained briefly ahead:
 

• Access. What information we have from you, what are we using it for and the conditions of its use we give it.
• Correction. Requesting la correction of your personal information in case it is inexact, incomplete or if it is no updated.
• Cancellation. Requesting for your personal information to be deleted from our records and our database whenever you consider it is not being used properly, according to the rights and liabilities stated bylaw and Regulations.
• Opposition. Objecting to the use of your information for specific purposes or when a legitimate reason exists.

It is stated in the Law that you make revoke the consent given previously for the use of your personal data.
However, you should know that no in all the cases we can make this happen instantly, it is possible that for legal reasons we should keep using your information. You should also consider that this would imply that we can no longer provide the services requested from us, this would mean the end of our commercial relationship.

Your application to revoke the consent or to use any ARCO Rights must be presented in a printed form to our Department of Personal Data, indicating the right you want to do and the reason for it. You must bring a valid identification and documents to verify your identity. Your application will be taken care of by our Department of Personal Data where it will be evaluated according to the legal term and you will be informed of the release date.

6.- Personal Information is Secure

Super Express González, S.A. de C.V., will take the necessary measures to ensure that the information and personal data provided are protected and  prevent its loss, abuse or alteration. If there is a third party with access to your information they will be subject to policies similar to the ones established in this policy.

7.- Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in our file for your review.
In case of you not agreeing with the changes you may contact us to apply for the cancellation of your personal data according to the Law.
